Paid-to-read is an action by someone who is a member of any pay-per-action (PPC) web site to read emails send to his/hers inbox by the admin or webmaster of that web site. When he/she reads the email and do necessary action as required in the email (normally to click web site link) and views the site for an amount of time he/she will be credited or paid for that action.
